( votes)Eligibility: (a) Be citizens of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and must not be a permanent resident of another country;
b) Have graduated in 2008 or thereafter with a First Class Honours undergraduate bachelor’s degree;
c) Possess a Grade Point Average of 3.60 and above;
d) Have graduated from one of the under mentioned academic Institutions: Agreement along with other scholarship policies shall be the binding authority between the recipient of a scholarship and the Trinidad and Tobago Government. Role of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago The Government is responsible for:
-Disseminating information on the scholarships
-Ensuring that all applications are completed according to requirements
-Ensuring that only qualified applicants are shortlisted
– Selecting only the best candidates among the applicants and
-Assisting successful candidates in their departure.

Scholarship Description: The Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago invites applications from citizens of Trinidad and Tobago to pursue master’s and doctorate degrees for the academic year commencing 2012.This scholarship is designed to encourage and retain those citizens who achieved academic excellence at the undergraduate degree level and to foster a culture of excellence by funding studies towards the attainment of higher levels of tertiary education.
