The Master of Arts in Communication at the University of Dubuque seeks an applicant for the MA program to serve as a Graduate Assistant (GA) for the 2008-09 term. This position is renewable for a second year. All graduate tuition and fees are waived for the student for the term in which they serve as a GA. In return, for a waiver of tuition and fees, the assistantship recipient agrees to provide service to the university equivalent to twenty (20) hours per week, or teach two (3)credit courses each semester (weekday hours) and must be available to teach daytime coursework. This agreement does not constitute employment with the University. The applicant’s undergraduate degree need not be in communication. Information of the MA in Communication degree is available in the graduate catalog of the university website (www.dbq.edu).
