iam a graduate of agricultural land use and management (first class degree) from makerere university in uganda and would like to continue with a masters degree in physical and resource management and finances have constrained me, i was admited for a masters of soil science and due to financial problems i failed to join. how can i get the scholarship to make me continue with my studies

I am Sakuntala Supasai from Thailand, am 30 years old with two degree, one bachelor in Environmental Science from Loei institute in 2002 and other Master degree in Land resource and Environment faculty agricultural in 2007 from the Khon Kaen university. Now i am working as seeds company section R&D (Research and Development) focus experiment about soil fertility on fields and other trial.
