I had done about three researches in my undergraduate study. out of these three papers two of them are not published, but one which is under review at Elsevier Publication. Currently I have been working research. I have been teaching agricultural technologies for the sub branch staff of the head office and Farmer Training Center(FTC). Iam also advising some agricultural stud ents personally, in order to solve the agricultural problem of Ethiopia. In the organization I have worked in Iam working at the position Agronomist and seed Technologist In my profession , I have been acting as plant breeder , biotechnologist ,Agronomist ,Farm manger Crop biodiversity conserver, Soil and water Conserver and others.

My future goals are to solve the solve the economical problems of Ethiopia , Then economical problem of Africa ,then the global problem of the world. Currently our world is affected by global financial crises ,esp. it is serious for Ethiopia whose economic development is based on agricultural sector. Me as a global student I want to be Barack Obama for Africans Economical development ( I can bring Change For Development), to change the life of Ethiopians ,the life of Africans from food starvation in to food security with sustainable agriculture, and the world at large. Then I want to be one of the famous man in the world who can do history in solving global problem(e.g. in bio fuel production, Medicinal plant production and others global problems with best business)The role of graduate studies play in achieving my goals are the following.

1. It capacitates me in getting success regarding the business I am dealing with.
2. Make me to control and monitor the business effectively and efficiently
3 .Make me the famous scholar that have the capability to solve the global problem
4. Can give me the chance to add something new for the world knowledge to this world

You know Ethiopia is one of the poorest countries in the world. Even if I have the great potential to change , I can not bring change doe to my financial problem. The organization I am working in have paid me $150 per month of salary. I can use this money only for my daily meal. Due to financial problem I am unable to upgrade my educational level into graduate studies. So that these assistantships can help me achieving my great dream and make me to use my internal potential to bring change. This assistantship can add value to my department and create favorable condition to apply my field of study in to practical world that solve the global problem in general.
