My name is Mario Boboev, I am 33 years old, Candidate of Biological Sciences. I graduated Kulob State University, Faculty of Biological sciences in Kulob, Tajikistan in 1998. Later, in 2000 I continued my study as a post-graduate student in Institute of Botany, Academy Sciences of Tajikistan. I have successfully defended my dissertation work on Algologists in Central Botanical Garden of Siberia in 2005. At present, I work for Kulob Botanic Garden in Tajikistan and I am planning to start my doctoral research on Algologists.
I would be much grateful, if you could assist me with finding financial aid for my further research.

Please, if an individual apply for this scholarship of a thing, at the end of the application form, will he/she be asked to paid some money for the processing of the scholarship, because, one certain i apply to study abroad, and at the end of the applcation exercise, i was asked to paid some certain amount in Dollars.
And I do not have the money, but before i stated i thought it was free of charge.
