I’m a Ugandan male age 28.completed my diploma in clinical medicine and community Health in 2005.worked with Nebbi District Local Government as a volunteer for the past two years.I then joined the medical school at Gulu University for abachelor degree in medicine & surgery 2008/2009 academic year (for five years) under the district sponsorship scheme.However the District paid my fees for only one semester and have made an abrupt withdrawal for reason of finacial constraint.Since then i have had serous difficulty in paying my fee,i went and explained this to the Dean faculty & the academic registra who only accepted to paddon for this semester as i look for another sponsorer and failure to get one means i’m going to be discontinued.I PLEASE request for any assistance possible to help me out of this problem.Thanks my e-mail address is chanonen@yahoo.com.and iwill avail the contact of the above administrators as soon as demanded for clarification.

My country is currently going through a crisis as a result of the deadly disease, HIV/AIDS. There are real consequent challenges in education policy, planning and provision.
One way I can contribute better is to study further – at PhD level – issues in ‘Educational Planning and Policy’ – Amidst cross cuting issues such as HIV/AIDS, POVERTY, ILLITERACY, AND GOVERNANCE. Can someone please help me get a free scholarship to take such a program in a university in the USA, Europe, Japan or China? I am ready to go for it begining August 2009. I will value any advice.
