Hi. I wanted to know what is the exact procedure to apply for scholarship? And only the Post-Graduate students are eligible for applying the scholarship? I am from India and would be curious to know that how could this facilitate as an opportunity to enhance my journalistic abilities despite not having a formal degree in the field. Could a graduate in English Literature is fit for applying in this domain.

I am Ernest Sumelong, I graduated in 2002 with a BSc in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Buea, Cameroon, West Africa. Presently, I am working as a reporter/copy editor of The Post Newspaper (www.postnewsline.com). I am yet to pursue further studies in my career due to financial constraint.
