My name is Oyebola Olayiwola Micheal and am 26 years of age. I graduated from Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijagun, Ijebu-Ode Ogun State, Nigeria with a B.sc (ed) in Industrial and Labour Relation and also had a Diploma in Industrial and Labour Relation from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye Ogun State, Nigeria. I will appreciate if i can be given the opportunity to further/fulfill my longlife career dream through the HEC MBA SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM in CONFLICT MANAGEMENT COURSES OR ANY HUMAN RELATED DISCIPLINE. I choose this purposely to have a wide range and an extra insight on ways to manage conflict between/among individuals, workers, societies and nations so as to have an amicable win-win solution while this study will help me realise my dream by becoming a solution to the nation’s rather than adding to the problem, by this, industrial frustration and unrest of workers, individuals, nations may be curtailed. France has always been in the forefront in developing the developing countries, this ir through their man power capacity and i’ll appreciate it if i can be among the choosen one/ benefactor. Iam Frederickson Mutebi,26 years and a Ugandan. I gradauted from Makerere University Business School in September 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce(accounting option)with a Diploma in accountancy that I had also completed a year Earlier. My vision is to become a certified accountant so that I can have an extra insight into companies and contribute to my client base as a better financial consultant. With an MBA,I would even get more extensive knowledge of business and financial analysis.
