   First and for most I would like to give you a warm greetings in the name of our Lord and savour Jesus Christ.My name is Yonas Seifu,I am living in Ethiopia.I graguated Bacheler of Arts in Bible and Christian Ministry from Mkc and Eastern Mennonit Universty.Now,if the will of God I would like to start my masters progaram in leadership or management in the program of on line.There for could find a scholarship program about this departemen.Please say some thing about my inner qeation?

   My first impression of the fellowshps available is that :
   Seems that we in developing countries dont qualify for most fellowships especially if you are either unemployed or employed in your home country.

   Second most are postdoc opportunities and require so many years of experience.Therefore we at the initial stages of our careers having completed a masters degree in the past 4 years have fewer chances.

   This is my first walkthrough of the site but will frequent the site more in future
