The prestigious HSP Huygens Programme is open to excellent students from all countries. It is aimed at talented students who want to study an entire master programme at the University of Twente.

The average value a HSP Huygens scholarship is €28,000 and includes

  • a generous reimbursement of tuition fees,
  • a monthly allowance of €1,380 including a standard contribution towards healthcare insurance,
  • visa fees,
  • a one-off payment towards international travel costs.

Nomination
Students interested in applying for a HSP Huygens Scholarship have to be nominated by the University of Twente. If you are convinced that you qualify (e.g., you rank within the top 10% of your year) and you have the documents that support this, please submit a scan of your reference letters and your grade-list to the university as soon as possible. If you have not been admitted by the university, please indicate this in your email.
