International Health Policy Scholarship
The University of Edinburgh will offer five scholarships per academic year to international students who plan to undertake a taught MSc in the Centre for International Public Health Policy.
Each scholarship will have a value of £2,000 which will be deducted from the tuition fee. The scholarships will be tenable for one academic year.
Eligibility
The scholarship will be awarded to students accepted for admission on a full time basis onto one of the following four MSc programmes:
- Global Health and Public Policy
- Health Inequalities and Public Policy
- Health Systems and Public Policy
- Global Health and Anthropology
The criteria for the scholarships will be:
- academic excellence
- a demonstrable commitment to global health
- likely multiplier effects (ie. how will the recipient go on to use the MSc to advance international health)
Applicants should already have received an offer of admission (unconditional or conditional) on one of the above programmes at the University of Edinburgh.

A completed scholarship application form should be received by the Scholarships and Student Finance Office by the closing date of 27 June 2008 in order to be considered for the scholarship.
