I am Demeke Binal from Ethiopia who earned M.Ed in Educational Psychology in 2007. I have been teaching Psychology courses like educational pasychology, psychology of Childhood, Research methods in psychology etc for psychology majoring under graduate students in one of the public universities in Ethiopia.

Ayneengda Alem is my name. I am from Ethiopia. I am male ,28 years old. I graduated with BA degree in Educational Psychology in 2003 and with MA degree in Social Psychology in 2007 from Addis Ababa University with excellent performance. I was worked as lecturer at Dilla University and as project officer of orphan and vulnerable children in Anti-Malaria Association. During my stay at Dilla University ,I offered courses entitled Introduction to Community Psychology, Community Psychology(social change and intervention),Forensic Psychology,Educational Psychology.

Key words:Ichthyology, Taxonomy, Phylogeny and Biodiversity Conservation of Freshwater Fishes.

My research efforts are primarily directed towards the Taxonomy and Biodiversity of Freshwater Fishes with a particular emphasis on Iranian endemic fish species. The overall goal of my present research program is to understand processes affecting the abundance of aquatic organisms in Cheshmehkileh river (Tonekabon-IRAN), focusing largely upon Caspian trout ( Salmo trutta caspius ) as a unique endemic anadromus coldwater fish in the south coasts of the Caspian Sea.
Trout farms and other human activities effects on Cheshmehkileh river ecosystem in Tonekabon is the title of a research project which I’m conducting at this time.

I’m looking for a PhD Scholarship for forthcoming year in the following subjects :

Ecology, Biodiversity, Evolution, Stock assessment-management of Freshwater fishes.
