I am Anil Kumar, pursuing Ph.D (Pharmaceutics) in the research area of Nano drug formulation for cancer targeting under UGC project from well reputed University , Department of Pharmaceutics, Faculty of Pharmacy, Hamdard University (Accredited by NAAC in ‘A’ Category), India. I have also completed my M. Pharma and B Pharma from same University. The research topic of my M Pharma dissertation was ‘Formulation and development of Nanoemulsion for treatment of acne vulgaris’. I have also worked with Panacea Biotec Ltd. as a Research Associate in Formulation Research Development Department for 7 month. I have qualified GATE (Conducted by IIT, Kharagpur) and currently have two international publications in peer reviewed journal. Now I am looking forward to get a Fellowship up to 12 month in the same field to carry out some part of my research in Foreign University. I have just finished my post- graduate degree in Human pathology at the university of Nairobi, Kenya. I am interested in pursuing a career in cancer immunology. This is because in the region where I work, there are many emerging malignancies due to the high prevalence of HIV- AIDS. By getting a PhD in this field, I shall be able to assist in diagnosing and managing cancers. I shall also be able to understand cancer immunology and research more on how to assist these patients.
