The Max Planck Institute for Developmental Biology and the
Friedrich Miescher Laboratory in Tübingen, Germany, invite applications
for PhD positions in following areas:
Cell Biology Biochemistry
Developmental Genetics Structural Biology
Quantitative Genetics Plant Development
Evolutionary Biology Bioinformatics
Highly qualified applicants from all countries are invited to apply. All
applicants must hold or anticipate to receive a Diploma or Masters
degree by the time of their start as a PhD student in our institutes.
Candidates have to be fluent in written and spoken English (GRE compulsory
for non European candidates). The positions are funded by
Max Planck Fellowships.

Phd-program application deadline is July 13, 2008. After the review of completed
applications selected candidates will be invited for personal interviews

I’ m Hajieh Bastami, ph D student from Tarbiat Modares University of Iran. . I’ m studying the effect of nanopowder on the electrical properties and microstructural of SnO2- bassed varistors. Unfortunately, there is no equipments (such as Impedance analyzer) for measuring of electrical properties in Iran. Furtheremore, TEM’s microscopies (Transmission Electron Microscopy )aren’t used for bulk. (They’re only used for characterization of powders).I’m looking for a research position as guest with scholarship for 6-9 month’s.. Would you please help me? I need your invitation for geting my visa. I have one child. she in only 20 month’s.
