I am a secondary school graduate and wish to study medicine in any of the universities that can offer me a scholarship.I have my SSCE result and have all the qualifications to enable me study medicine.Is there any chance for me?

I am Elias Nasser from Ethiopia, i have graduated from Arba Minch University, Water tochnology institute in Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering(B.Sc) , july 2008
I want to study my M.Sc level in my field to serve my country from poverty in higher institution or Universities
As you know our country Ethiopia is Water tower of north east Africa but our people have a problem of potable water, we are in poverty but we have a large area which is to be irrigated that may improve our sustainable development, we have also a high potential of water resources which may help our country to expande our industry but still know we are not touch our goal due to trained man power in the fields of water resources Engineeng
So i kindly request you to upgrade me this may help me and my country in the afformantioned fields.
