I have gone through most of your scholsrships and they are amazing considering that they help those who are going to be leaders in thier respective home countries and organisation.However I have one question,if you look at these scholarships they are not there to help those who have Diploma and certificates to be upgraded to degre level why is it like that?Again these scholarships for Africa are not open for many countries eg Malawi where Iam coming from.I doubt if these scholarships are there to help the diadvantaged poeple more especially those who find it hard to find financial assistance.
