Computational integration of the multi-scale, multi-modal datasets we produce is a challenging problem but is bound to yield new insights into the principles underlying the self-organization of cell collectives.

Eligibility

  • Strong intrinsic motivation to do basic science in biology, with an interest in integrative approaches combining systems biology with molecular/cellular biology.
  • Complete or near-complete undergrad in computational biology, biophysics, molecular/cellular biology (with computational experience), or a related field.
  • Solid basic coding skills, preferably with training in data analysis and/or mathematical modelling. Python experience is considered an advantage since all coding work will be done in python.
  • Solid basic biology knowledge, preferably with training in molecular, systems, cellular and/or developmental biology.
