Eligibility: The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
-Essential:
-Experience of managing successful digital projects includes problem-solving, management of external suppliers, and stakeholder management.
-Experience of working with HTML, XML, tagged data, and DTDs.
-Able to work independently with excellent organizational abilities.
-Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience.
-High degree of literacy and attention to detail.
Desirable:
-Experience of working in a digital publishing environment, preferably including Journals content.
-Experience of formal project management methodologies, such as Prince2.
-Experience with tools for QA and validation of data, e.g., parsing tools for XML.
-Able to confidently conduct training and presentations when required.

Internship Description: The Journals Online Content and Archive team within Journals Operations is responsible for online and digital content standards for journals content standards. The team provides project management and data analysis for journals in the US and UK including maintenance of the digital archive and data feeds to third parties.
