Dear Sir,

I’m a Nigerian, 29 yrs old, a graduate of Secretarial Administration living in Nigeria at the moment & I work with the Human Resources Dept.of a reputable Bank as a Secretary to the GM/Group Head.

Nonetheless, I actually wanted to know if I could be allowed to undergo a postgraduate programme in a management related course preferably ‘Public Admin or Human Resource Mgt’ in your University as I hold a Higher National Diploma (HND – 4 years) and have worked in reputable organization (P.A. to an Asst. Director,Tech. Services-NDLEA, Nigeria & Bank) for almost four (4) years after my graduation in 2003 & National Youth Service Corps experience in 2004.

I will practically like to know if I can get to undergo a postgraduate diploma or MBA/M.Sc programme with my qualification from my home Country Polytechnic (Now Cross River University of Science & Tech.-CRUTECH), Nigeria in the 2009/10 academic session?

Thanks alot for funding higher education in the world of academia.
Am a kenyan in subsaharan africa, funding for higher education is hard but i want to follow my career to Ph.D

Currently, i have completed Master of Philosophy in Economics course work and the problem is that kenyan universities are slow in thesis supervision.
