Eligibility:
-Applicants must be enrolled full-time at Massey University College of Creative Arts and major in either fine art, textile design, industrial design, graphic design or illustration.
-Applicants must have applied to the Student Exchange Programme, to complete part of their studies at an overseas academic institution with which an exchange agreement exists.
-Applicants may hold other scholarships or bursaries provided the rules applicable to the other scholarship or bursary permit the recipient to hold another scholarship or bursary
-Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or Permanent Residents.

Scholarship Description: The John Drawbridge Ambassadorial Scholarship will support a College of Creative Arts student to experience art and life in an overseas country. John himself benefited greatly from being awarded a National Art Gallery Travelling Scholarship, which enabled him to study painting and printmaking in London and Paris.The Scholarship is a monetary award for students to use toward expenses of their Massey University Student Exchange Programme. The Scholarship shall be paid in one payment, no more than eight weeks prior to commencement of studies at the overseas institution. In the event of the student exchange visit being cancelled, any scholarship money that has been received by the successful applicant must be repaid in full.

What it covers: The value of the Scholarship is $2,500.
