Am a resident of Gulu a district in Northern Uganda in Africa who is looking for any opportunity of scholarships in education and i prefer to study in the Uk but as i went through the requirements of Mr John Lowe scholarships schemes i really dont know if there are provisions for the poor,non nationals,undergraduates since i would like, prefer international relations ,bachelors degree.I will be so grateful ,if i dont qualify but if u can secure a scholarship for me since education is the only hope of the world. iam a ugandan and a graduate in social work and social adminstration GPA 3.53. at uganda christian university have worked as avolonteer in network for youths and chiildren uganda currently iam working as volonteer at development research and training that focuses in three pragmatic area 1) Research: deepening our understanding of poverty and use this to inform policy.
2)capacity building and istitutional development to contributte to pro-poor policy and demysfy the policy making proceses
3)policy engagement thus to enhance the skills of civil society organizations for effective and efficient delivery of servises/ programmes.
have also carried out evaluation and monitoring of projects in east africa

I hold a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree with first class honours from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, where I graduated in 2003. I have been looking for a scholarship to pursue an MBA in HRM or any other related field either full time or by distance learning. Is it possible to get the John Lowe scholarship to pursue the distance learning here in Ghana at the University of Leicester distance learning centre in Accra?
