Department of Genetics & Plant Breeding
Applications are invited for two posts of JRF/SRF in two separate projects involving the application of molecular markers in cereals including wheat. Candidates should be M.Sc./M.Sc. Ag. in the area of Plant Science (preferably Genetics & Plant Breeding). For the post of JRF, candidates who qualified NET will be preferred and for SRF, candidate should have two years practical experience preferably in the area of molecular marker techniques and marker-assisted selection (MAS).
Interested candidates may send their biodata to Prof. P. K. Gupta/H. S. Balyan (in exceptional cases, biodata may also be submitted at the time of interview) and attend the interview on March 30, 2010 at 10:00 AM in the Department of Genetics & Plant Breeding, Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut. Candidates shall bring their original documents at the time of interview for verification. No interview letters will be issued and no TA/DA will be paid.
