Job Description:

The Post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Following fellowships are available |-only for a period of two years (extendable as per rules) at a monthly stipend of Rs. 12000/- (also. HRA and Medical facilities shall be admissible as per rules) to work in the areas of Chandigarh / Manali (HP).

Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – 02 (Two Posts)

Type written application with complete bio-data and attested copies of Mark Sheet/Certificate, Caste Certificate and Experience addressed to the Director, Snow & Avalanche Study Establishment, Research & Development Centre, Him Parisar, Sector 37-A Chandigarh (UT), affix a recent passport size photograph on the right top corner of the first page of application with a crossed Indian Postal Order of Rs 10/- drawn in favour of the Director, SASE RDC, Him Parisar, Sector 37-A, Chandigarh along with the application (candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBC are exempted from this payment) should be brought at the time of walk-in-interview.

Candidates : Working in Govt / Public Sector: Undertaking /Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel.

Candidates will be required to produce, certificate/testimonial in original at the time of interview. Those having’ IQC/ CSIR/NET/GATE examination’ shall be preferred.
It-may please be noted, that offer of fellowship does not .confer on fellows any right for absorption } DRDO. The above positions will be filled through Walk-in-interview and the interview will be held at SASE-RDC, Him Parisar, Sector -37 A,, Chandigarh on 27 July, 2010 at 0900 hrs (Tuesday).

Travelling Allowance shall be reimbursed actual train/bus fare by the’ shortest route limited to sleeper class , ‘ railway fare to the candidates who report to this Establishment for Walk-ln-lnterview for the said positions at given date and time.
