Qualifications & Experience M.Tech. / M.E. (for SRF) and B. Tech. / B.E. (for JRF) in Civil, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with specialization in structural mechanics. Good theoretical and programming knowledge in Finite Element Analysis, Composite Structure, Structural Dynamics, Experimental Mechanics, etc is desirable.
