Applications are invited from eligible & interested candidates for “Walk-in-interview” to be held on 19.09.2009 for engagement in various Inhouse/ Contract Research Projects (Sponsored and Grant in-aid) on purely temporary basis (co-terminus with the project) for the following positions:-

1. Junior Research Fellow (The candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC/ ICAR- NET/
DBT)

2. Project Assistant Level-II Rs. 10,000/-PM/ OR as per provisions in the Project.
Educational Qualifications :- 1st Class M.Sc. in Microbiology/ Genetic/ Plant Breeding/
Virology/ Biology/ Organic Chemistry/ Chemistry/ Plant Pathology/ Agriculture/ Agronomy/
Agrometeorology/ Forestry/ Horticulture/ Plant Physiology/ Vegetable Science/ Soil Science/
Crop Physiology/ Zoology/ Entomology/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Life Science
(knowledge of computer applications) / Botany/ Agri. Extension/ Industrial Chemistry/ Natural
Plant Product/ Pharmacy/ Chemical Engineering/ Agrochemicals/ Biochemistry / Ecology /
M.Tech-M.Sc. in Geology with experience of GIS & RS application/ Computer Science for
database development.
Age: 28 years as on 19.09.2009 .

3. CSIR Diamond Jubilee Research Intern- Rs. 11500/- PM (fixed)
Educational Qualifications :- 1st Class M.Sc. in Microbiology/ Genetic/ Plant Breeding/
Virology/ Biology/ Organic Chemistry/ Chemistry/ Plant Pathology/ Agriculture/ Agronomy/
