Hello, sir/madam, This is parsharam. I have completed my M.Sc (org.che) in 2009 with 67%.aged 23 years.my father is agriculturist. more interested to continuos my study ,but my financial problams are very high.please can you suggest / guide me,how to get full scholarship for ph.D.

MY High school grade 67%
