Junior Research Fellowship in Marine Biology

Description : The Centre for Earth Science Studies, Akkulam, Trivandrum – 695 031, India, is selecting a research fellow a DST sponsored project entitled “Monitoring the impact of environmental changes in corals of Lakshadweep archipelago by fluorescence imaging” (DST-76). Candiadates with First class Postgraduation in Marine Biology or Zoology can apply. Those with CSIR-UGC NET pass given preference. Experience of working with coral reefs will be an added advantage. The remuneration is :Rs.12,000/-p.m + HRA for the 1st and 2nd year and in the 3rd year Rs.14,000/-p.m + HRA. The deadline for position is: December 19, 2008.
