Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), DA University, Indore, India: The School of Electronics, the premier Teaching & Research Department of DA University, Indore has been  granted two Posts of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) by UGC under UGC Research Fellowship in Sciences for Meritorious Students (RFSMS) scheme, 2008.

At present, the department is running three AICTE approved M. Tech programmes and two M. Sc. Programme. The details of the courses, curriculum, laboratory facilities, research expertise, placements etc can be viewed at www.elex.dauniv.ac.in.

Desirous candidates may apply on plain paper along with full biodata, attested copies of certificates and testimonials, research/project experience, list of publications etc. Applications can be sent to The Head, School of Electronics, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya,Khandwa Road, Indore (MP)- 452001 so as to reach on or before 15 Jan, 2009 by 5 PM. The copy of the bio-data may also be  sent by email to  head.elex@dauniv.ac.in.

Qualification:                M.Sc. (Electronics/Electronics & Communication / Computer Science/IT)/ME or M.Tech inElectronics/ Computer Science/IT.

Research Areas:               Embedded System, VLSI Design, DSP Hardware, MATLAB, GIS Applications and  Mobile Databases.

Fellowship:                       Rs. 10,000 pm fixed + Rs. 6000  Contingency per year.

Duration:                            Initially for two years and extendable upto 5 years maximum.
