I have an experience of 20 years working in the field botany as field botanist. My level of education is 7 years of primary education, four years of ordinary level of secondary education, two years of advanced level of secondary education, two years of diploma in forestry and beekeeing. I have written two scientific papers, and both are in proceedings [1. Local uses and Conservation status of Dalbergia melanoxylon, presented at the menominnee College of Nation in 2004 in USA. 2. Poisonous but edible plant species Amorphophallus maximus from southern Tanzania: Presented at the Tanzania Wild Research Institute. Other courses: 1. Botanical Training programme for 18 months [1998-1999], 2. Herbarium techniques course at the east african herbarium in 2000. 3. Herbarium techniques and research methodologies at Missouri botanical garnen in 2004.I worked for Missouri Botanical garden from 1988-1998. For the national herbarium of Tanzania from 1999-2005. I am now employed as permanent and pensionable staff at the Forestry Training Institute- Olmotonyi in Northern Tanzania as: Tree nursery supervisor, herbarium incharge, and tutorial assistant.With the experience I have, I am happy to get a postgraduate diploma in botany and geography of one or two years and then proceed for masters degree in botany. Then after that I can come back to my institute and deliver the best knowledge to students.Please, help me to get a full sponsored course for me from september, 2009.Yours Sincerely: Canisius J.
