Khyentse Foundation Buddhist Studies Scholarships are granted to support individuals who wish to study the Dharma. KF accepts applications from teachers, students, practitioners, scholars, and translators, from all traditions, schools, and sects of Buddhism.

It was founded by Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche to establish a system of patronage that supports institutions and individuals engaged in the study and practice of Buddha’s vision of wisdom and compassion.

Eligibility:
KF accepts applications from students or practitioners from all Buddhist traditions. Applications are reviewed by an international selection committee appointed by Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche.

How to Apply: Please complete all four sections of the application form. If you are applying for a continuing scholarship. Please answer all questions as completely as you can.

Application Deadline: KF accepts open scholarship applications twice a year, from December 15 – January 15 and from June 15 – July 15.
