I would like to apply for this scholarship under Investigating issues relevant and important to the future of the Victorian public library services: the project would be to pilot study a Housebound Library Service for Latrobe City Library and I have completed a submission which requires approval from my employer. In order for the project to be supported by Council I need your assistance in clarifying the following points;
1.Eligibilty Criteria: Does the applicants need to be a full time employee of Council Library? ie can I apply if I am a casual employee of Council?
2.How is the scholarship funded? ie is it paid direct to the recipient or to the Council? ie how are the funds dispersed?
3.If this application was successful, what would be the commitment required from Council? ie, they may support me with office space, computor etc,
4. Can the scholarship be used to fund a research position?
