Am a Kenyan citizen and was born in 1984 and yet to graduate with BED SCI. (Physics and Mathematics) from MOI UNIVERSITY- kenya, in july this year, though have finishes class, the 4th year transcript is not yet out. i would like to do my masters in material science or solar energy (or its related field). Thus can I apply with my 3rd year transcript. Please assist.
