MBA Scholarships 2009-European Business School
The EBS is committed to both academic excellence and research, and to the promotion of social responsibility in a society that thinks and acts globally.
Based on these values, EBS supports a number of students by providing scholarships in the category ‘social responsibility, commitment and engagement’, for example to students who have worked for a local non-profit or non-governmental organization, as a capacity builder in developing countries, initiated a project for marginalised groups to improve their lives or who were committed in community-based work at grass-roots level.
Partial EBS premium scholarships for our full-time MBA programme
Requirements for a partial scholarship (covering 50 percent of tuition fees) are the following:
- Successful completion of the EBS admission process and admittance to our full-time MBA programme
- Outstanding social commitment and engagement
First deadline to apply for a scholarship: 31 January 2009
Second deadline to apply for a scholarship: 30 April 2009
Full scholarships ‘Peter-Horváth-Foundation’ for our full-time MBA full-time Master programmes
Requirements for a full scholarship ‘Peter-Horváth- Foundation’ (covering 100 percent of tuition fees) are the following:
- Hungarian, Polish, Estonian, Latvian, Czech or Lithuanian citizenship and first degree
- Successful completion of the EBS admission process and admittance to one of our full-time Master programmes or our full-time MBA programme
- Outstanding social commitment and engagement

Deadline to apply for a scholarship to one of our full-time Master programmes: 22 May 2009
Please submit your completed application documents and the scholarship form as early as possible.
Please note:
You can apply only once for one of the scholarships above. The registration fee has to be paid whether you are granted a scholarship or not. Following verification of the application for the respective scholarship by the EBS scholarship committee or the ‘Peter-Horváth-Foundation’, candidates will be informed of the decision shortly after expiration of the relevant deadline.
