iam a ugandan and a graduate in social work and social adminstration GPA 3.53. at uganda christian university have worked as avolonteer in network for youths and chiildren uganda currently iam working as volonteer at development research and training that focuses in three pragmatic area 1) Research: deepening our understanding of poverty and use this to inform policy.
2)capacity building and istitutional development to contributte to pro-poor policy and demysfy the policy making proceses
3)policy engagement thus to enhance the skills of civil society organizations for effective and efficient delivery of servises/ programmes.

I am Elias Nasser from Ethiopia, i have graduaed from Arba Minch University in Hydraulic and Water REsources Engineering (B.Sc), july 2008. I want to study my M.Sc in higher University.
As you know Ethiopia is one of Developing country located in eastern Africa. our people is in poverty daily income of our people is averaglly less than one US dollar. we have a high water resources potential but still know our people have a problem of potable water, we have a large area of land which is to be irrigated this may improve our sustainable development, but still we are not touch our goal due to trained man power in the area of water resources Engineering
So i kindly request you to up grade me this may help me and my country Ethiopia in the afformantioned fields.
