Applicants are invited to apply for Ministry of Foreign Affairs Scholarships to pursue the master programme. These scholarships are available for the students of Ukraine, Georgia and Afghanistan.

The aim of the scholarships is to produce graduates of responsible character with the necessary knowledge and skills for professional and national leadership.

Tallinn University is a public research university in Estonia. Tallinn University is one of the three largest institutions of higher education in the country.

Course Level: These scholarships are available to pursue the master programme.

Study Subject: These scholarships are awarded in following fields:

  • International Relations programme
  • Human-Computer Interaction programme
  • Digital Learning Games programme
  • Communication Management

Scholarship Award: These scholarships will cover the followings:

  • International Relations programme – one full scholarship per programme for Georgian and Ukrainian applicants.
    The scholarship covers the tuition fee for two years (2700 EUR per year) and will provide a stipend of 300 EUR per month for two years (18 months).
  • Human-Computer Interaction programme – two full scholarships per programme for Afghan, Georgian and Ukrainian applicants.
    The scholarship covers the tuition fee for two years (2500 EUR per year) and will provide a stipend of 300 EUR per month for two years (18 months).
  • Digital Learning Games programme – two full scholarships per programme for Georgian and Ukrainian applicants.
    The scholarship covers the tuition fee for two years (2500 EUR per year) and will provide a stipend of 300 EUR per month for two years (18 months).
  • Communication Management programme – one full scholarship per programme for Georgian and Ukrainian applicants.
    The scholarship covers the tuition fee for two years (3600 EUR per year) and will provide a stipend of 300 EUR per month for two years (18 months).

 Numbers of Scholarships:  Six scholarships are available.

Scholarship can be taken in Estonia

Eligibility: Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Master level (MA) applicants are required to have completed a Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent. At least 60% of the possible maximum results is expected. A research Master’s programme is a training course in advanced work. The candidate learns the basics of research and new techniques under close supervision, and the resulting thesis should make an original contribution to the field of study. MA degree programmes take two years to complete.

Nationality:  Applicants of Afghanistan, Georgia and Ukraine are eligible for these scholarships.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirement:  Applicants must have Bachelor’s degree.

English Language Requirement: Applicants must be fluent in English.

International Scholarship

How to Apply: All applicants from target countries applying for the programmes with the scholarship are automatically considered for the scholarship. Thus, there is no separate application process and deadline for the scholarship and in order to be considered for the stipend you should follow the regular application process for the degree studies at Tallinn University.
