Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) Postdoctoral Fellowship 2009
The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) Postdoctoral Fellowship encourages the involvement of creative, capable, and highly trained scientists and engineers who have received a Ph.D. or equivalent within the prior seven years in areas of great interest and relevance to the Navy. Awards are available for one year, and are renewable for a second and third year, given satisfactory performance and availability of funds. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, nationals or legal residents and must be eligible for a Department of Defense security clearance of “Secret”. Approximately 40 new appointments are made each year. Funds are available for relocation and professional travel as well as participants’ health insurance.

I had been studied mechanical engineering in Tabriz university between 2001-2005 .I started Msc in field of energy in kntu university of Tehran in 2005.I studied in thermoeconomic optimization of heat exchanger especialilze in recuperator.I fulfill project of decrease of fuel consumption in gas station with supervision of Iranian fuel consumption organization. Optimization with genetic algorithm method, direct search method, variable metric method .I would like to do phd.
