Applications are invited for Harkness Fellowships in Health Care Policy and Practice for the academic year 2015-2016. Fellowships are open for mid-career health services researchers and practitioners from Australia, Canada, France, Germany, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, and the United Kingdom to spend up to 12 months in the United States, conducting original research and working with leading U.S. health policy experts. Full-time MBA Scholarships and Bursaries
University of East Anglia is offering full time MBA scholarships for 2016 intake. Total 17 scholarships are awarded as follows: Three Advanced Application Scholarships worth up to £9,000, Three Full-time MBA Leadership Scholarships worth up to £9,000, Six International Scholarships worth up to £5,000 and Five Full-time MBA Home/EU Scholarships worth up to £5,000). UK students are eligible for these scholarships except international scholarships. Only students of outside the EU area can apply for international scholarships. EU students are eligible for Home/EU Scholarships 29 October 2015.
Wolfgang-Gentner Fellowships for Dutch Students at CERN in Switzerland
Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) is offering Wolfgang Gentner Fellowships for EU Member States of CERN. Fellowships are awarded for a period of up to three years to pursue doctoral program at CERN. These fellowships are open for students who are studying at a German university or intending to study there. The participants of the doctoral program receive a tax-free residence payment and other possible benefits such as family or child allowances in accordance with the services provided by the CERN Doctoral Student Programs. The application deadline is October 30, 2015.
IIAS National Master’s Thesis Prize in Asian Studies, Netherlands
International Institute for Asian Studies (IIAS) is offering master’s thesis prize written at a Dutch University. The master’s thesis should be in the broad field of Asian studies, in the humanities or social sciences. Both students and their supervisors can apply. Prize includes a maximum three month stipend (€ 1,500 per month) to work at IIAS, in order to write a PhD project proposal or a research article. The application deadline is 1 October, 2015.
ESA Postdoctoral Research Fellowship for Dutch Students
European Space Agency is offering postdoctoral research fellowships in space science. The programme is open to suitably qualified applicants who have completed their PhD (or equivalent) or will have completed it by the start of the fellowship (autumn 2015). Preference will be given to applications submitted by candidates within five years of receiving their PhD. The salary of ESA fellows falls within a pre-determined range and varies depending on qualifications and experience. Average monthly net salaries (tax free) are around € 2500. The application deadline is 1 October 2015.
Van Gogh Programme: Call for Applications for Travel Scholarships
The Van Gogh Programme is an exchange programme that supports around 150 researchers from France and the Netherlands. Van Gogh fellows are excellent researchers with excellent tenure track and international visibility. The grants budgets are between € 1,500 and € 4,000 per team. The maximum duration is two years. After the first year may be applied for one year extension. The application closes on 1 June 2015. Continued Applications must be submitted before 30 September 2015.
NATO Defense College (NDC) PfP, MD and OMC/PAG Fellowships
Applications are invited for NATO fellowships in the field of defence & security policy research & related to NATO and its partners. Two Fellowships are available for candidates from PfP countries, two for candidates from MD countries, two for candidates from NATO countries, and one for a candidate from an OMC/PAG Country. The duration of each Fellowship is four months. The Fellow will be located at the NATO Defense College, in Rome, Italy. Each Fellow will receive the amount of sixteen thousand euros. This will cover the costs of his/her stay in Rome and his/her travel expenses. The application deadline is 30 September 2015.
PhD Studentship in Neurodegeneration at Cardiff University
Cardiff University is offering PhD studentship for Dutch students. This studentship is awarded in the area of Neurodegeneration for a project on “Unravelling the mechanism by which mutations in transglutaminase 6 cause ataxia” starting from 1-October-15. University College Venlo Scholarship in Dutch Students
University College Venlo (UCV) offers financial support to five students up to €12.000 per student. Scholarship is open for students from EU/EEA-countries, who are permitted to pay the Dutch statutory tuition fee and are in need of financial assistance to study abroad. The scholarship amounts up to €12.000 per student, spread equally over 3 years and covering tuition fees and contributing towards additional living and study expenses. ITS Masters Scholarships for Dutch Students
The Institute for Transport Studies (ITS) at University of Leeds is offering masters scholarships for Dutch students. The scholarships provide a 50% tuition fee waiver for the 2014-15 academic year. Applicants must first hold an offer of an academic place on an ITS Masters programme for the academic year commencing September 2015. The application deadlines are 15th June, 2015 and 7th July, 2015 (for UK/EU scholarship).
ISS Scholarship/Hardship Fund for MA Program in Development Studies
International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) has established two funds i.e. ISS scholarship fund for excellent students and ISS hardship fund. Both funds are open for international and Dutch students for pursuing MA program in Development Studies. ISS Scholarship Fund is awarding a total of 20 scholarships covering 40% of the tuition fee while ISS Hardship Fund provides a fee discount of up to 30% of the tuition fee. Baltic Master of Fine Art Scholarships for Dutch Students
Northumbria University is offering two Baltic scholarships for Master of Fine Art (MFA) program. Starting in September 2015 the Scholarships are applicable to those applying to the full time, September start, MFA programme and are only open to applicants from the UK and EU. The decision to offer a place will be based on interviews along with the completed application form, portfolio, the supporting statement and references. Scholarship application deadline is 8th June, 2015.
SCAR and COMNAP Fellowship Schemes in Antarctic Research, 2015
The SCAR and COMNAP Antarctic Research Fellowships are available to undertake short-term visits to major international laboratories, field facilities and/or institutes in or operated by other SCAR and COMNAP member countries. Four to five SCAR Fellowships and one or two COMNAP Fellowships will be made in total, depending on the quality of the applications and the budget available. Awards will be up to USD $15,000, providing, as needed, economy-class round-trip travel and a modest subsistence allowance for the fellowship period. Fellowships run for one year so must be completed by the end of July 2016. The application deadline is 3rd June 2015.
Peace Revolution European Fellowship in Belgium
Applications are invited for Peace Revolution Fellowship from 30th August to 5th September 2015 in Lede in Belgium. Fellowship will be awarded to 40 young people from all over Europe, who are interested in learning and exploring self-development as a primary means to create real world change. Applicants must be preferably young adults between the ages of 18-30 and must have completed 21 days of the online self-development program. The eligibility deadline is 31 May, 2015.
Giulia Mereu Scholarship for Dutch Students
The Giulia Mereu Scholarship is awarded annually to a student applying for LLM in International Human Rights Law or LLM in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law at the University of Essex. The deadline date for applications for the academic year 2015-16 is 31 May 2015.
European Union Masters Scholarship at University of Nottingham
University of Nottingham is awarding up to 10 European union masters scholarships for September 2015 intake. Scholarships include full tuition fees. Maximum tuition fee covered under each scholarship £6,310. Applicants can apply for this scholarship if they already hold an offer to start a full-time masters degree programme in any subject area including MRes at Nottingham excluding MBA. The application deadline is 22 May 2015.
Florentino García Martínez Research Master Scholarship at University of Groningen
University in Groningen is offering research master scholarship for Dutch and international students. The scholarship is specifically for students in the fields of Hebrew Bible, early Judaism and Dead Sea Scrolls. Awards are made on academic merit, evaluated by an academic committee. The scholarship is € 1,000 and is meant to cover some of the expenses connected with the two-year Research Master programme at the Faculty’s Graduate School. The deadline for submission for non-EU/EEA students is 1 March 2015 and the deadline for EU/EEA students is 15 May 2015.
Masters Scholarship for Students of Partner Universities
University of Nottingham is inviting applications for masters scholarships for students of partner universities (Universitas 21). Up to 21 scholarships of 25% towards tuition fees are available for 2015 academic year. To be eligible for the scholarship, students already hold an offer to start a full-time masters degree programme, including MRes, at Nottingham in September 2015, any subject area, excluding MBA. The application deadline is 22 May 2015.
Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship for Research Excellence (European Union)
University of Nottingham is inviting applications for Vice-chancellor’s scholarships available for students who are classed as a European Union (non UK) students for fee purposes. Scholarships are awarded for pursuing full-time research degree programme, PhD or MPhil programmes in September or October 2015. Up to 30 full tuition fee scholarships, each including an additional £8,400 stipend per annum will be awarded. The application deadline is 8 May 2015.
University of Edinburgh Business School European Scholarships
The Business School will offer up to ten European scholarships, each with a value of either £5,000 or £7,000. The scholarships are available to students who are nationals of European Economic Area countries. The application deadline is 8 May 2015.
Alfred Toepfer Natural Heritage Scholarships
EUROPARC Federation with support from the Alfred Toepfer Foundation F.V.S. awards three visiting scholarships to promising young conservationists, who are committed to working for the benefit of Protected Areas. Scholarships are awarded to undertake a 4 month study visit on a particular theme to one or more Protected Areas in a European country. The study visit has to be undertaken in a European country, beyond the applicant´s home country. The awards will each be worth EUR 3.000. The application deadline is 8th May 2015.
SBE International School Scholarship for Dutch Students
Maastricht University School of Business and Economics (SBE) is offering a BSc Scholarship to students with (only) a non-EU/EEA nationality. There is only one scholarship available for a period of three-years to talented students from international schools with the interest to expand their global education. The amount of the scholarship is € 11,500 per academic year. The deadline for application is 1 May 2015.
Asia Exchange Scholarships for Study Abroad Programs
Applications are invited for Asia Exchange Scholarships for for pursuing study abroad program in one of Asian partner universities for one semester. The student applying for the scholarship needs to be enrolled in an institution of higher education. Asia Exchange scholarships are awarded twice a year for students from target countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, The Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, The Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and USA. PhD Position in Social Sciences at University of Amsterdam
Applications are invited for a PhD position in the area of Social Sciences within the faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences at the Department of Anthropology of University of Amsterdam. The full-time appointment will be for a period of three years (12 months plus a further 24 months contingent on a satisfactory performance during the first year), starting 1 June 2015. EUSA ID Scholarships in Development Studies for South African and European Students
Applications are invited for the 2nd call of Erasmus Mundus Action 2 Project EUSA ID scholarships in Development Studies. EUSA_ID is a mobility programme offering study, training and research periods in Europe for South African Master and PhD candidates and staff and provides European PhD candidates the opportunity to spend a research period in South Africa. University of Kent, Rome is offering a Faculty of Humanities Scholarship for Dutch students. Scholarship is consisting of a fee waiver (worth £5,590) and a full maintenance stipend (£13,590). University of Essex Silberrad PhD Scholarships for Dutch Students
Scholarships for Dutch students are available for pursuing PhD degree at University of Essex in UK. The Malcolm Grant Scholarship for Dutch Students
University College London offers Malcolm Grant scholarship for undergraduate students in UK. The successful recipient will be awarded £25,000 for the duration of their programme at UCL. King’s Masters Scholarships for Dutch Students
Scholarships for Dutch students are available for pursuing master’s degree level at King’s College London. Preference will be given to students who have not previously undertaken a postgraduate degree programme. Applicants are expected to possess/attain a first class or very good upper second class (2:1) honours degree. The application deadline is 31st March 2014.
VLADOC PhD Scholarships for Dutch Students
Scholarships for Dutch students are available for research program at a Flemish university. Scholarships are awarded for minimum 2 and maximum 4 years. The candidate must hold an academic qualification at least ‘with distinction’ or equivalent. 8 new scholarships are awarded each year. Applications will close on 7th March.
Puedes Erasmus Mundus Scholarship for Dutch Students
Scholarships are available to Dutch undergraduate, master, PhD, postdoctoral students and staff for a CAN project. Candidates must submit the requested documentation through the online tool within the advertised deadline. These scholarships are provided for the duration of the programme.
