I am almost 61 years old. After my retirement from the Pakistan Army I have undertaken two degrees, i.e. MBA (Marketing) and MA (Educational Leadership & Management). Now I am all geared up to go for M.Phil in Education that should lead to a PhD. I want to know are older people eligible for scholarships too? If so at what universities across the world. I have no inhibitions about relocating or any geographical bindings as long as the medium of instruction is in English.I would be grateful if you do reply me even if the answer is in the negative for I am tailored for much more.
