I wish to apply for a Ph.D position in Mathematics in UK. Particularly interested in University of Edinburgh. Please let me know the Universities that are affiliated with H.E.C and the application procedure. How to get started, requirements, when the admissions are open etc.

I am grade 18 officer in a government of Pakistan department. I have my master in physics besides having a bachelor degree in Education, a degree in Meteorology and other departmental courses. I have a wide range of experience from college teaching to aviation meteorology and computer operations etc. I want to do MS or Ph D in electronics equipments especially those of communication sector.
