(Hons) in 2004 (held in 2006) and MS in Agronomy in 2008 from Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University , Dhaka, Bangladesh and obtained first class and CGPA 3.76 respectfully. Now, i have a great desire to have a higher degree from Germany in this related field. I am an Iranian national and I have finished my Bsc. as well as Msc. in biotechnology in Bharati Vidya Peeth university, Pune,India. I have passed my Msc. with first division in May 2009 and my project was focused on microbial biotechnology, titled,”Screening and Characterization of Marine Bacteria With Fibrinolytic Activity” . I’m really interested in doing further studies and phD in particular. I would like to know all the options and choices that is offered by Oslo or any other affiliated university.

I am a Zahid Mahmood and a MSc.(Hons) Plant Breeding & Genetics degree holder. I am interested to apply for Ph.D in Plant Biotechnology and Genetics. I have more than 7 years of research experience in Agricultural research. Currently I am working as Scientific Officer on Evaluation & Characterization of Medicinal Plants in Plant Genetic Resources Programm (NARC Islamabad Pakistan). I have many publications in International reputed journals and many Abstracts presented in National & International Conferences. I got many trainings related to my field of research in international reputed institutes like ICRISAT, India. I have worked on Plant Tissue Culture, Gene Transformation, SDS PAGE, Characterization, Evaluation and Plant Breeding. As I am working in this area and have keen interest to develop my carrier, for which I am seeking opportunity for study in any advanced country in this regards.

I am working in the National Agricultural Development Institute as Assistant Director (Bachelor of Agricultural Science and MS in Genetics and Plant Breeding) in the area of Production, processing and maintaining quality of cereal seeds for the last 4 years. For your information, post harvest loss of agricultural products, lack of knowledge about preservation, storage and packaging for agricultural products is a very big issue in Bangladesh. But management of post harvest loses as post harvest technological research has just been started. As a result, we are lacking of new idea and advanced research in this area.
As I am working in this area and have keen interest to develop my carrier, for which I am seeking opportunity for study in any advanced country in this regards.
