Dear sir,
I am an Ethiopian boy. I do have B.Sc. in Forestry and Post-diploma in Computer Science. I have also M.sc. in Information Science with researched oriented degree. I want to do another M.Sc. or PhD particularly in the area of localization or contextualization of concepts in accordance with the interest of the organization. I have done my thesis on one of the knowledge based systems ( Bayesian Belief network) in the area of forestry specific to ” priority tree Species Uncertainity managment”. The multimedia information and retrieval may be the advanced research area in Information Storage and Retrieval. We may have a number of learning machines to classify based on the associations rule, but getting the representative sample size and learning rate might be very difficult during the process of training and testing phase. I know how to do it if you give me the opportunity. Thank you.
