The title of my dissertation was “PI3k signaling role in regulation of MMPs activity from human metastatic cell lines:PC3,DU145 and 5637”. I have worked on my thesis about one and half year which has given me the opportunity to learn using cell culturing and molecular approaches (such as zymography, RNA extraction methods, Eliza, Migration Assay and real-time PCR).I want to continue my studies in cancer or clinical Biochemistry in some where that have scholarship so that I will benefit from your pieces of advice for continuing my education.Thank you in advance for your kind consideration of my requestSincerely yours, Hajar Aryan Hi Dears
