I am a visually impaired woman. I am Iranian and studied Training of Exceptional Children and have a BA degree. I have an ICDL Diploma and have worked on teaching computer to blind for around 5 years in Iran. I want to continue my education for higher degree in Education Technology or blind’s training by using high technology but I couldn’t find any information about it in your web site. I am Samuel Hailu, looking for free master scholarship in computer science, from Ethiopia Mekelle, graduated in computer science diploma in 2003/04 with outstanding results having a cumulative Gpa 4.0, and I have finished my Bsc. in computer science in 2007/08 again with an outstanding result gaining a cumulative of 4.0. I have been working for more than 4 years, the first fours years as lab assistant and data base manager in a private university college that I had learnt within called Sheba university college Mekelle, Ethiopia.
