I am Tsegasw desalegn from Ethiopia with Batchlor Degree in Accounting under Faculity of Business and economics from Addis Ababa University, Sidist Kilo campus. I had been awarded this degree on july 4 1197 G.C. I have profound experience in sinior managment level ( Division Manager(6-years), Finance manager (4-years) and HR and Finance Department Manager ( 10-Months).
All of my career path developments are progressive in the field of manufacturing sectors ( textile,tannery, Brewery and chemical Industory. During my experience I have understanded that management knowledge at higher level is a fundamental. So that my exposure shaps me to find out the highest level management qualification. Currently I have studied my ACCA courses on distance learning or self study bases.Thanks to you giving this chance if I have successfull winner of this PhD Scholarship in Knowledge Management .

I have undertaken my graduate level thesis (research) work on KM strategy development for construction Industry and Scored Very Good result. I need to continue my PhD level education in this line to further study and contribute the way how knowledge is created, stored, used and re-used in industries and other organizations.

I graduated from Addis Ababa University in Management and Public Adminstration ( in July 2004 ) .And I joined Bahir Dar University (one of the known state University in Ethiopia ) as an assistant graduatef or one year and as an assistant lecturer for the other one year where I thought different management courses.
