Dear sir,
I am a kenyan citzen and a M.Sc. degree holder in Food Science and Technology. Im interested in pursuing a PhD degree in Food Microbiology. I am particularly interested in food safety and risk assessment. I am currently working as an assistant lecturer at Great Lakes University of Kisumu, kenya. I already developing a concept paper on predictive modeling of fungal growth in food. I would appreciate if there are any PhD opportunities in Food microbiology.

I am planning to do Ph.D on ” Cryptococcus as AIDS ” to compare the study with the immuno – suppressive patients on oncogenic and transplantations patients. I am a post graduate in Microbiology, with a specialization on Medical Microbiology ( post graduate Diploma in Medical microbiology from Christian Medical college vellore).
