In this regard, in the recent time I picked interest in Environment and Sustainable Development which has remain a vexing issue agitating my mind in view of the environment I came from. However, being a Public Servant handling Personnel/Human Resource matters I am finding it difficult to secure admission and scholarship to attend the programme and switch over to join in community services into which I hope to RETIRE. No assistance is small in this direction. I am from an obscure agararian background. Thanks. My major area of interest is Public Administration with particular reference to Development Adminitration.
