I am an Ethiopian citizen. I received B.SC degree in Mathematics from Addis Ababa university. Besides i graduated with diploma of computer science. Currently i am working in one government office as IT consultant. the information system data minining of my country is poor. I want to study further within data communications and networking so that i can do something to my country development in data mining, communications and networking . Can u please help me get full funding to get study or guide me please how to let it happen in my life time.
