iam a graduate of atatistics from university of Abuja and M.sc from ABU zaria Nigeria. In my first degree i had 2.2 and later my Msc from Zaria. How do i go about securing the Phd in statistics from any of european or American universities?

I graduated with 1st class degree in Mathematics from Nigeria. I am currently in Middle-East for MS in Mathematics.

I think with my 1st class degree I can get scholarship for PhD direct without Master. Please help me to find one either in Mathemaics or Statistics.
