Position:
PhD student at the Max-Delbrück-Center for Molecular Medicine in
Berlin. The position is available from September 2008.
The project involves the work on animal models for human disease.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated graduate student, preferably with a strong interest in cell-biology, signal transduction, and / or biomechanics.
Experience with either of the following techniques is a plus:
Histology, immunofluorescence, tissue culture, animal experiments,
protein binding studies, phosphorylation assays.
Prerequisites:
Master degree or diploma. Theoretical and practical knowledge of molecular and cell biology. Preferably fluent in English.
Strong interest in biomedical research and ability to work goal
oriented (independently and in a team).
