   Preesntly I am working as a SRF in Genetics unit in AIIMS-New Delhi, India and I want to pursue phd in Aging in any of the european univt or US, Canada or any Australian University but don,t have any research publications yet.

   Hello. My Name is Genis Castillo, I´m interested in to apply for a PhD position, I have been working in two major areas of biotechnology, in first place analyzing bacteria from water of petroleum production in Colombian oil fields, using two approach culture independent (cloning ) and culture dependent , on the other hand we have been exploring the genetic diversity of promissory spices of plants in Colombia , some of the genus Physallis and others like aromatics species with economical importance for the cosmetic and ´pharmaceutics industry, at the same time we are working describing the domestication patterns of lima beans in the Americas using phylogeography and populations genetics tools . I have wide experience in research projects, using molecular techniques, and data analysis with bioinformatics tools.

    I´m interested in to apply for a PhD position. I am basically trained to work under any (adverse) condition that involve field, greenhouse, or laboratory, on biological and molecular
    (not at advanced level) aspects of some pathogen group, however, well trained on plant viruses, and able to get trained on other pathogen groups as well.

    I am a Rwandan and a MS degree holder. I am interested to apply for Ph.D in plant pathology and molecular genetics. I have more than 10 years research experience in agricultural research, Department of plant protection. I have worked mainly on Phytophthora infestans, Pseudomonas campestris pv musacearum and Cassava mosaic virus. I have published a number of papers in international journals such as crop protection, Plant pathology etc. During my Bsc, I did botany and I worked on identification and characterization (systematic) of a flora in a protected zone. Can you please help me in getting scholarship because I would like to go futher my studies to the PhD level.

    Hello,
    I hold a Master of Philosophy (Mphil) in Plant Pathology and worked on ecological interaction between the Host (Cocoa), Pod rot pathogen of cocoa and a Rhizobacterium with my ultimate aim to biologically control the pathogen using the rhizobacterium.
    The work lacked the aspect of characterizing the bacterium and the metabolite used to control the desease, i mean the molecular aspect of the work were not pursued due to lack of facilities and it has been my hope that I get requisite training in this area to enhance my skills.It has therefore been my wish to pursue a phd research in this area. Am i qualify for this program since i have some background in Mycology and Virology? If am not elegible for this particular grogram then how do i get a Phd scholarship in this area

    Dear sir
    I am neda mohamadi,I’m interested in Biology as a whole but mainly focused on plant physiology, phytochemistry , and plant biotechnology. Following my MSc. Graduation in plant physiology (Feb 2006), I tried so hard to find a group or lab (in Tehran, Iran) interested in plant biotechnology, but more I tried,less I found. Finally, I accepted to become a research assistant in Tehran university and devoted my off hours to my favorite field of phytochemistry. I learned HPLC,electrophoresis ,PCR and read related books and research papers, and made a research group with my friend (Peyman Rajaie). After more than one year of learning and practicing together,we started our research practically. Since then, we have submitted two papers(Analysis of the carotenoid phgments stigmas of different Corcus species by HPLC, Phytochemistery study of some species of Jurina).

    I would like to inform you that I am a scientific staff of Agricultural and Natural Resources Research Center of Mazandaran, Iran, with 9 years experience on oilsseed rape disease(sclerotinia stem rot). I have M.Sc. in Plant Pathology and B.Sc. in Plant Protection. I am interested in to pursue my education, leading to Ph.D., in your university. My main research interest is study on biology, taxonomy and genetic Diversity of fungi.

    i am Quazi md. Mosaddeque Hossen, Scientific Officer, Pest Management Division, Bangladesh Jute Research Institute, Manik Mia avenue, Dhaka. i am working here for five years. i woked on different aspects regarding with jute and Kenaf pest managemnt.
    here i am involve with the integrated managemnt approaches of different pests of those two fibre yielding crops. i have identified the mode of transmission of kenaf leaf yellowing and leaf curling successfully which is similar to viral infection. But at my institution and also in my country have no facilities to work for the next. So, i need an opportunity to find out the actual causal organism and also their eco- friendly management approches with full scholarship in any country of the world where these facilities are available. it will be very much helpful to protect the decrease of yield and the farmers benefitted directly in my loving country, Bangladesh.

    I, Miss. Rayhaneh Gholamalizadeh, have recently received my master degree in plant pathology. I carried out a major survey of viral diseases in cucurbit crops. Working on this project I became familiar with serological, Biological and molecular characterization methods of plant viruses and it awarded me a very good experience. I have done my thesis in collaboration with the Plant Pest & Diseases Research Institute (PPDRI), Tehran ,IRAN. I have published two articles in international journals (Plant Disease and Acta Virologica ) in 2008 and other articles in national congresses.
